60 cards - 61 actually, not bad, but trim one card if you can, probably a land
40% land - check, you usually want 24 land in a mono white deck, I think you might get what is known as mana flooded.
Kill Condition - Check, you have a ton of them, but with mono white, you now have problems, until you reach your second game. All of your stuff is expensive. Isamaru is a 2 drop, you have no 1 drops and you only have 1 Isamaru. Most of your stuff is 5 mana or more, so maybe running 25 or 26 land isn't such a bad idea, just to make sure you get to 6 or more for Stuffy Doll or Yosei. You seem to play a very defensive game instead of looking at an aggressive style of play, I would actually trade out the Rebuff the wicked for Sunlance. It's a lightning bolt for white and is always good and costs,,,,,wait for it,,,1 mana. It's always funny to Sunlance your stuffy doll to deal damage to your opponent. Currently though, you can get overrun with small creatures quickly and very seldom have a decent response. Once you know their colors, hopefully they are not playing Green or White, then you can side in your COP's as needed and hope that they don't have enchantment destruction on their side. Personally, I see no need for the Glasses of Urza, trade those out for another Isamaru, Flute, or Mirror. You have only one Elspeth, get more or even add Ajani Goldmane so you get lifegain or can put a +1/+1 counter on all your creatures and give them vigilance. I've seen that combo for white win games as well. Mostly, you should focus on your best kill condition and get 4 of each of those cards into your deck. So if you like the Stuffy Doll/Pariah combo, then get 4 of each of those cards into the deck and work around that. I like Eight and a half tail and would have 4 of those. Make any spell your opponent throws at your creatures white and then give them protection from white. He's awesome and with an Ajani Goldmane to give him +1/+1 counters, he would be harder to kill. I might also add some Glorious Anthems in the deck as well to give that +1/+1, I'm hard to kill effect.
I think you have a good start, but I really don't see this deck doing everything you want it to. Good Luck with it though, it's really how you start. You make a deck, try it out at least 5 times to view it's strengths and weaknesses, and then tweak the deck to improve on it.
